These are the terms on which Nx Systems sells Nx Witness licences, CCTV hardware and related equipment in New Zealand. They cover pricing, orders, delivery, warranty and your rights as a buyer.

Nx Systems is a division of 24/7 Security Limited, a New Zealand company based in the Bay of Plenty. We hold a Ministry of Justice security licence (PSPLA 22-094805) and are a member of the New Zealand Security Association.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%. The price shown on a product is the price you pay — there is no freight added at checkout.

Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. If something is unavailable, discontinued, or listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

Some items are marked POA and are sold by quotation rather than through the checkout.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

Delivery

Shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand, with no minimum order. We do not currently ship outside New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days. Rural deliveries can take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Software licences

Nx Witness licences are digital and are issued against your server’s Hardware ID. Once a licence key has been issued it is tied to that hardware and cannot be returned or transferred, so please confirm your channel count before ordering. If you are unsure, call us first and we will help you work it out.

Warranty

Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically three years on cameras and related equipment. Warranty claims are handled through us — contact us and we will manage the process.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are buying as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Where you are acquiring goods for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of that Act.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
