System design

Integrating existing CCTV into Nx Witness

Already have cameras in place? In many cases we can bring your current equipment into an Nx Witness system, so you keep working hardware while gaining a modern, flexible platform. Nx Witness supports a wide range of camera brands, so you are not forced to replace everything at once. Supply, setup and support

Cloud server hosting for remote sites

For locations without a suitable local server, or where you prefer a managed option, we can host your Nx Witness system on our cloud servers. Particularly useful for remote rural properties, temporary sites, or businesses that do not want server hardware on site. You keep full control while we handle the infrastructure, backups and availability.

Pre-configuration prior to shipping

Order through our online shop and we can fully configure cameras, servers and software before they leave us — network settings, recording profiles, user access, and Nx Witness loaded and prepared for your site. Systems arrive ready to install, which saves time on site and lets the installer focus on the physical work rather than lengthy setup.

Remote technical support

Many issues can be resolved without a site visit. Using the remote capabilities of Nx Witness we diagnose problems, adjust settings, update software and carry out programming from our base in the Bay of Plenty. That cuts call-out costs and downtime, especially for rural customers. When a site visit is genuinely needed, we coordinate with local installers.

After-sales support

Once your system is installed we remain available to help — whether you have questions about day-to-day use, need assistance locating footage, or run into a specific issue.

We prefer clear communication and straightforward answers. You will not be left searching generic help articles or waiting on a distant call centre. The person who understands your system is usually only a phone call or email away.

Ongoing maintenance
